This is a small practice, so responses can occasionally take a little longer, but the team is genuinely caring and always tries to provide the best professional advice possible. My parents and I have used this notary for many years. Their secretary is unable or unwilling to do their job. We first spoke to the secretary on the phone last Spring 2025. She agreed to check with the notary and get back to us about a special letter where our signatures had to be simply authenticated. I called again and left a voicemail and still no one got back to us. The secretary is also quite cold and seems always to be unwilling to lift a finger to help the notary's PAYING customers. This is a total failed excuse for a notary! The letter is very important and we never heard from them. Find another notary.
